Gridmerce downloads images from public image URLs. If no direct image URL is available, it can try to collect images from a public product page. Images are resized, placed on the selected background, converted to WebP and uploaded to secure storage.
Yes. Gridmerce must be able to access the source without authentication. Private, expired or protected links may not be processed.
The direct image URL has priority. The product page URL is used only when a direct image URL is missing or does not provide the required images.
Yes. Before generating the CSV file, you can select the required image dimensions and background. Processed images are saved in WebP format.
One successfully processed image uses one credit. Creating templates, reading spreadsheet data and generating CSV files do not use image credits.
A credit is charged only after an image has been downloaded and processed successfully. Failed or skipped images do not use credits.
No. Purchased credits remain in your account until they are used.
Yes. You can purchase any available credit package from your dashboard whenever your balance is low.
The image is skipped and no credit is charged. The generation report shows which images or products could not be processed.
Processing time depends on the number of products and images. Files without images are generated quickly, while large catalogs with image processing require more time.
No. Gridmerce prepares and generates the Shopify-ready CSV file. You download the completed file and import it into Shopify, where you can review the products before publishing.
